We’re sure that this isn’t news to you, but it turns out that stitch craft might actually be very good for you!
Occupational therapists believe that you are what you do, and that if we can’t keep up our hobbies and activities because of illness, our overall health and well-being will suffer. Some studies suggest that stitching and needlecraft is fantastically creative and therapeutic, with very positive effects for those taking part!
We thought we’d conduct our own research on this subject, and would love to hear about your experiences. Were you unwell when you took up stitching? Did you find it therapeutic? If you’d like to share your story, please email us at email@example.com, or post your comments here on Facebook.
